Jim- I just wanted to take a moment to let you know what a great job Michelle Leonard has done on the Hanesbrands account. She always goes above and beyond to make sure everyone and everything is taken care of.  She has been a tremendous asset to HBI during the implementation of our new export management system. As I am sure you are aware this has been a major initiative for HBI and without the efforts of Michelle this transition would not have been possible. I know she has worked some very long hours in preparation of this implementation  and I just wanted to let you know that I and everyone on my team here at Hanesbrands greatly appreciate her efforts.
