Increased Inspections at U.S. Ports
We have seen a rise in the number of Department of Agriculture holds in all U.S. ports recently. Please be advised that the Department of Agriculture is responsible for inspecting to make sure that all wood packaging is compliant, so even imported commodities that are not normally under Agriculture jurisdiction are subject to these holds.
