Valerie-Corrales-PolaroidI have to sing praises for Valerie (Corrales) this morning.  We are located in (Ohio) and per the customer’s direction, we used Logistics Plus to pick up and deliver 2 boxes to a customer in Australia. I wanted someone at your company to know that she provided constant updates as to where these packages were, any kinds of delays, etc. and I received an e-mail from her Friday advising that all boxes had been delivered (one was delayed).  This was wonderful customer service and the fact that she constantly was updating me, really provided comfort in the fact that she was following this shipment until it reached destination.  I do all the shipments here at our office and she’s the only one that has gone out of their way, with any carrier I’ve worked with, to make this a ‘worry free’ delivery because she had it on her radar and always, always communicated with me until it reached destination.  Kudos to her and I hope all your employees are like that.  Could you pass this on the proper people so they know how outstanding she is?  Thank you! I’ve also notified our account in Australia how great she’s been, so they know they’ve chosen the right carrier with Logistics Plus! I just wanted to get back to you to let you know about my recent experience with Logistics Plus.  As you know, I was expecting a critical delivery of 4 pallets this past Tuesday when I reached out to you for a tracking number.  I was contacted by Logistics Plus the next day and they accepted full responsibility for messing things up on their end and they said they would do everything in their power to help me out.  I was surprised to receive a message from them that I will be receiving the shipment the next day (Wednesday) and I was even more surprised when it actually showed up at 9am.  WOW! Needless to say, the 4 pallets were the only thing on the truck!   All companies make mistakes and do not always deliver to their standards.  But very few companies these days put the customer’s needs first they way Logistic Plus did.  In the big pitcher, they likely took a loss on this one delivery, but they so impressed me, I want them to work for us.  I am expanding our business model to distribute turnkey solar kits across the country. Needless to say, Logistics Plus is now my first choice for a shipping partner. Please communicate my satisfaction with Logistics Plus to your shipping/logistics manager. Thank you.

Solar-Circle(We were) previously aware of Logistics Plus and had LP quote our domestic trucking operations.  We went in another direction on those quotes at that time as LP did not win the base cost battle.  (We were) having difficulty with a carrier at the Port of L.A. not only with the issues of the labor dispute which were common to many, but also with the reliability of the information we were receiving.   We engaged the help of the Logistics Plus Dallas office at that time and they did an outstanding job of helping us expedite material to a critical job site in Chile. (We are) also a company that does not always win the base cost battle, however we feel we offer a value proposition where due to efficiencies, product design and superior service we win on a “lowest cost of implementation” basis.   Logistics Plus has shown (us) that LP offers a similar value proposition.  Due to the great support, product knowledge and professionalism of your team we are currently wrapping up negotiations with LP to move what we anticipate will be 4,800 containers/180,000 tons of material through the Port of L.A. to our U.S. job sites in the coming year.  There are additional opportunities I will be discussing with your team soon.
