Just wanted you to know that I have been working with Jessica on a very urgent shipping ticket and she has been STELLAR support!! I was so impressed with her hard work in finding the fastest way possible to get my shipment out to China. Even pinging with me late on Friday night as she trouble shot with multiple shippers. Then when the shipment got stuck on Monday she was the first to notify me without me having to look it up by myself. I went to give her a peer bonus and realized she is a vendor so thought I would just email you. Thanks for all the work your team does!!

Relentless Drive and Creative Problem Solving

I wanted to take a moment to highlight the significant impact Francisco Reyes has had on (our) team in supporting our growing International volume and relentless schedules we’ve had recently – specifically GE’s Thanksgiving/November push that was critical to our year-end closure targets.

While Francisco is always one to go beyond his work-scope, helping anyone in need of his expertise and eager to assist whether his responsibility or not, this November push was a highly significant achievement.

It was imperative for us to sail the remainder of our International customer material by November end, however due to internal shop delays, we only had a limited window of 2-3 weeks to receive/crate/load/truck 60+ containers worth of volume though our local warehouse…a volume throughput in 3 weeks equivalent to what we typically handle in 3 months.  Francisco led this immense outbound effort with our warehouse and carriers and together we achieved this goal.  I firmly believe it would not have been possible without Francisco’s relentless drive, creative problem solving, endless hours and dedication to the team.

I felt the need to pass along this recognition for Francisco and kindly recommend you consider him for recognition within LP.

I just wanted to send you a note to let you know that EVERYONE on your team has totally pulled together to help me with this Westin USVI nightmare order. There were a lot of issues with this from the customer side and unfortunately, I sent your group through hoops – both domestic and international. Hands Down the Best Customer Service

Hey can you get this message to management please!!! Jessica Konieczki was amazing today!!! I needed help getting an emergency shipment out the door with the closest carrier with a truck and she came through big time!!! She rated it out and called every carrier down the line for me to find the closest truck.  Hands down the best customer service I have received from a logistics company in a long time.  She could have called it quits after the first 5 carriers weren’t available but she kept going helping me and my company make a customer extremely happy.  Give that girl a raise!!! She deserves it!!!

Your Team Rocks

I wanted to send a quick round of praise to Julie Moore (at Logistics Plus). Julie consistently comes with solutions and a great attitude whenever we have fires to put out. Not only does she know the right solutions, but she is great to work with as well.  Most recently today, we have some delivery issues for our launch, and Julie is helping us ensure delivery. I cant speak highly enough of her. I’ve dealt with a lot of transport teams in my 10 years in supply chain, and in my 3 months here she’s always come through when needed. The (LP) team rocks! ?

Nani Barkman (at Logistics Plus) was able to overcome the learning curve quickly and mastered the work of improving/maintaining L/S dashboards very well. She created the L/S address analysis dash and parcel cost dash per my request in a very short period of time, which helped tremendously on key projects. Although without much parcels shipping background, she is a quick learner and soon grew to be able to manage the escalations and carrier investigations well.  She is very responsive and works diligently. I want to make sure that her great performance and attitude is well recognized. Looking forward for Nani helping me on more fun and challenging tasks!
